Supplies Needed

PSP- I used X but will work in any version
1 Tube of Choice This tutorial lends itself to a bigger style face tube.
I used the Artwork of Jennifer Janesko
You will need to purchase a license to use her work and can be purchased here
Font of choice I used Yolanda Princess
Scrap kit Dottie 2 by Lisa of Sophisticated Scraps

No supplies included please download them from the appropriate sites.

Okay let's get started
Remember to save often
Open a new image 600x600 (we can resize later)
Open the Scrap Kit in PSP and choose Paper5. (or paper of choice)
Open Crystal Hanger and Deco1
Open your tube, and the mask.
Open any extra doodles or embellishments of choice if you would like to use them
Layers, new raster layer, floodfill with white.
Paste Deco 1 as a new layer.
New Raster layer, using the Eclipse tool, Line style Small Dash, Width 2,
Foreground white, Background Pattern, Paper5, Angle 0, Scale 100.
Draw out a circle just bigger then the Deco (use my tag as reference)
Move this layer under the Deco.
Add a drop shadow, Vertical 2, Horizontal -2, Opacity 25, Blur 3.00, Colour Black. OK
Repeat this drop shadow but change V -2, H 2
Back on the Decal layer, using the selection tool, draw out a rectangle
in the middle of the Deco, we need this as the colour for the second circle.

Edit copy, paste as a new Image.
Select none.
Using your Eclipse tool again, same settings as above. Background colour of image that
you just created use Scale 250.
Draw out another circle slightly smaller then the bottom one.
Add the same drop shadows.
Paste the paper as new layer, resize by 90% twice.
Layers, new Mask layer from image Vix_Mask145, Source Luminance checked, OK. Merge Group
Resize by 90, Duplicate resize by 80, duplicate original resize by 70, duplicate original mirror
Using your selection tool set to circle, draw out another circle bigger then all the circles,
this will be where your mask will end up (use my tag as reference)
Selections Invert, now hit delete on your keyboard on all the mask layers, Select none
You should now have a circular looking mask of tiny stars.
Cross out all other layers, merge visible all mask layers.
Unhide all layers
Back on the deco layer, Using your selection tool set to circle, draw out another smallish circle
Copy and paste this as a new layer, this will be used for the name tag at the bottom. Add a drop shadow.
Paste the Chrystal hangerts on either side of the deco.
Edit copy, Edit paste your tube as a new layer.
Resize to suit.
Position the tube to your liking,
Now using the selection tool again set to circle, draw out a circle the size of the inside of the deco
Selections Invert, hit delete on your keyboard on your tube layer.
Change the tube layer to Luminance (Legacy).
Duplicate the tube layer change the opacity to 80, duplicate this layer and change to 60, duplicate this layer 40
Duplicate this layer to 20, duplicate this layer to 10.
Now is the time to add any flowers, embellishments, ribbons, brushes etc, if you want any extras.
Add all appropriate copywrite information, and your name.
Once happy with your creation
Resize all layers to your liking
and your done.
Now on to the Animation
In PSP close off all tube layers edit copy merged
Open Animation Shop
Edit paste as new Animation
Back in PSP close off all tube layers except the top layer
Edit paste after current frame
Back in PSP close off all tube layers except the 2nd top layer
Edit paste after current frame
Back in PSP close off all tube layers except the 3rd top layer
Edit paste after current frame
Back in PSP close off all tube layers except the 4th top layer
Edit paste after current frame
Back in PSP close off all tube layers except the 5th top layer
Edit paste after current frame
Back in PSP close off all tube layers except the Original tube layer
Edit paste after current frame
Edit Select all, edit copy, edit paste as new animation
Edit, select all, animation, reverse frames
Edit select all, edit copy
now back on your original animation, make sure the last frame is selected, edit paste after current frame
You should now have 14 frames.
Select all, animation, frame properties, change all to 25, now select frames 7 & 8 and change to 50
View animation and make sure you are happy, serve your animation
