From the PTU Kit I used Flower1, Flower4, Heart2 and Ribbon Tie1, and
any extra embellishments and ribbons of choice if you would like to use them.
Layers, new raster layer floodfill with white.
Copy and Paste Paper2 as a new layer
Layers, new mask layer, from image, find WSL_Mask122
Source Luminance Checked, Invert Mask Data unchecked, OK.
Merge Group.
Repeat this step with Paper1, Resize by 90%.
Paste Frame as new layer resize by 80% .
Using your magic wand, click inside the frames.
Selections modify, expand by 5, OK
Layers new Raster layer, copy paper2 and paste into selection.
Selections, select none.
Move this layer beneath your Frame layer.
Add a drop shadow to the frame.
Paste your tube as a new layer.
Resize to suit. Add a drop shadow.
You can also duplicate your frame and erase parts of it to show the
tube if you like or otherwise have the tube in behind the frame.
I added the stem flowers but erased some parts that didnt sit right.
At this point you can add any embellishments or ribbons of choice.
Or just copy my example.
