Supplies Needed:

PSP- I used X but will work in any version
1 Tube of Choice
Font of choice I used Splendid Ornamenty

You will need Mask no 3
I used the Artwork of Dean Yeagle.
You will need to purchase a license to use his work and can be purchased here.

Okay let's get started
This will be a quick and easy one
Open a new image 600x600 (we can resize later)
Open the Not_Just_For_Baby_Scrap_in PSP and choose a wrapped frame of choice, and 2 papers
Open your tube, and the mask.
Open any extra embellishments and ribbons of choice if you would like to use them.
Layers, new raster layer floodfill with white.
Edit copy, edit paste a paper of choice as new layer.
Layers, New Mask layer, from Image and locate Maskbyserina~3.
Source Luminance checked, Invert mask data checked, OK.
Layers, merge, merge group.Image resize by 90%.
Edit copy, edit paste your frame as new layer.
Duplicate twice.
On your bottom layer, Image, free rotate, rotate 20 degrees right.
Change the opacity to 50

On the middle layer, free rotate, 10 degrees right.
Change the opacity to 70.
With the top frame layer highlighted.
Click inside the open frame with your magic wand
Selections modify expand by 8
Layers, new raster layer, edit copy, edit paste, your paper into selection.
Selections, select none
Move this paper layer under your frame layer.
Edit copy, Edit paste your tube as a new layer.
Resize to suit.
At this point I duplicated my frame and had one frame below my tube
and 1 frame above my tube, and just erased parts of the top frame to show the tube.
Once happy add a drop shadow to the tube and to the frame layer below your tube.
Add asaying or words of choice to your tag.
Now is the time to add any extra flowers, embellishments, ribbons, brushes etc.
Add all appropriate copywrite information, and your name.
Once happy with your creation
Resize all layers to your liking and your done.
