Font of choice
Scrap kit here

I used the Artwork of Jessica Dougherty.
You will need to purchase a license to use her work and can be purchased from CILM

Okay let's get started

Open a new image 600x600 (we can resize later)
Open the Scrapkit in PSP and choose a frame of choice, and 2papers.
Open your tube, and the mask.
Open any extra embellishments and ribbons of choice if you would like to use them.
Layers, new raster layer floodfill with white.
Edit copy, edit paste your paper as new layer.
Layers, new mask layer from image
And find WSL_Mask110
Source luminance checked, Invert mask data, unchecked, OK
Layers, Merge, Merge Group.
Resize by 90%.
Edit copy, edit paste your frame as new layer.
Resize by 90%.
Edit copy, Edit paste your tube as a new layer.
Resize to suit. And position were suitable.
Add a drop shadow of choice to your tube.
I used, Effects, Drop shadow
2, -6, 21, 2 colour black.
I also added the same drop shadow to my frame layer.
Edit copy, edit paste a glitter doodle of choice and place underneath the mask layer,reize to your liking.
I then added another doodle and placed just on top of the frame.
At this point make sure your frame is highlighted.
Using your magic wand click inside the frame layer to get marching ants.
Selections, modify, expand by 7, OK.
Now go to Layers, new Raster Layer,OK.
Then choice your other paper, edit copy, edit paste, into selection, selections, select none.
Move this layer under your frame layer.
I then added the note paper and extra embellishments.

Now is the time to add any flowers, embellishments, ribbons, brushes etc
Resize to your liking and your nearly done.

Add all appropriate © information, and your name.
Once happy with your creation
Resize all layers to your liking and your done.
Save your tag.
