Mask No 252 under Downloads.(Thanks Chelle!)

Okay let's get started
Open a new image 600x600 (we can resize later)
Open the Scrapkit in PSP and choose a frame of choice, and 2papers.
I used Paper 11 and Paper 2 for the first example and Paper and Paper
for the second
Open your tubes, and the mask.
Open any extra embellishments and ribbons of choice if you would like
to use them.
Layers, new raster layer floodfill with white.
Edit copy, edit paste your first paper as new layer.
Layers, new mask layer from image
And find WSL_Mask252
Source luminance checked, Invert mask data, unchecked, OK
Layers, Merge, Merge Group.
Resize by 90%.
Selections, select all, selecions, float, selections defloat.
Layers, New Raster layer.
Now find the second paper you want to use, edit copy,
on your tag, Edit paste into selection.
Selections, select none.
Edit copy, edit paste your frame as new layer.
Resize by 90%.
Now using your selection tool, resize the top and bottoms of the mask
layers down a little closer to the frame.
Once happy resize the top frame layer by 95%.
With the bottom mask layer highlighted, duplicate.
Move this layer to just below the frame layer.
Make sure your frame layer is highlighted.
Using your magic wand click inside each frame to get marching ants.
Selections, modify, expand by 5, OK.
Selections, Invert, now on the duplicated mask layer hit delete on your
Selections, select none.
Edit copy, Edit paste your first tube as a new layer.
Resize to suit. And position were suitable.
If you want your tube to look like it is out of the frame,
then you will need to duplicate your frame and have the tube layers
inbetween the 2 frame layers.
Once happy with its position add a drop shadow of choice to your tube.
I used, Effects, Drop shadow
2, -6, 21, 2 colour black.

Repeat with the other two tubes.
Once all the tubes are in place, make sure your top frame layer is
highlighted and then erase any parts of the frame that over laps your tube.
I also added the same drop shadow to my bottom frame layer once all the
tubes were done.
In the bottom example I just used 1 frame and kept the tubes inside the frame.
I then added a ribbon and sat it just under the frame layer, add a dropshadow.
If you want to make the name plate
Duplicate your bottom frame layer, then resize it by 80% 3 times, then
use your pick tool to pull the top down a bit,
repeat with the top mask layer.
Add a button to either side of the tag.
New Raster layer, with your text tool, write out the name you want,
set background to the top paper and foreground to the plain colour.
Set the stroke width to 1.
Add a drop shadow of choice
Now is the time to add any flowers, embellishments, ribbons, brushes etc
Resize to your liking and your nearly done.
Add all appropriate copywrite information.
Once happy with your creation resize all layers to your liking
and your done save your tag.
Hope you enjoyed my tutorial
