Move this mask layer to the bottom
For now cross out the first mask layer you made.
Now because this mask has a slight purple background we need to get rid of it.
Using your selection tool set to circle, draw out a circle the size of
the middle circle.
Hit delete on your keyboard.
Photobucket
Keep selected, selections, modify, expand by 50.

Now unhide your original mask, and you will notice a gap joining the 2 together.
Photobucket
Using your pick tool make sure the bottom mask is selected, push the
mask down from the middle top till it matches and closes the hole.
Photobucket
Add a button of choice to either side of the bottom of the tag, add a
metal ribbon.
Add any extra embellishments of choice
Resize to your liking and your nearly done.
Add all appropriate copywrite information, and your name.
Once happy with your creation. Resize all layers to your liking and your done.
Save your tag.
