Supplies Needed
PSP- I used X but will work in any version
1 Tube of Choice I used the Artwork of Pinuptoons. You will need to purchase a license to use his work
Get one here.
Font of choice I used Crawler and DebevicCircular
Scrapkit used is from the very talented Mere. Please visit her blog site here

Mask No 246 by Chelle of Weescotslass.



Okay let's get started
This will be a Quick and Easy One
Open a new image 600x600 (we can resize later)
Open your tube, Open the scrap kit and choose, Flowers, and 2 papers of choice
and any extra embellishments and ribbons of choice if you would like to
use them.
I used Paper8 and Paper1 for the first example, Paper3 and Paper8 for
the second example.
Layers, new raster layer floodfill with white.
Add a paper of choice
Layers, new mask layer, from image, find WSL_Mask246, Source Luminance
checked, OK
Merge Group, Resize by 90%.
Using your Preset shape set on Eclipse/circle,
Foreground #9d212f, background paper of choice set to Pattern, Angle0,
Scale100.
Draw out a circle smaller then the mask.
Using your magic wand, click on the edge part of the circle, once you
have the marching ants,
apply Effects, 3D Effects, Inner Bevel apply with these settings
Bevel No2, Width 10, Smoothness 17, Depth 6, Ambience 6, Shininess 28
Colour White, Angle 45, Intensity 25, Elevation 64, OK
Apply this twice.
Add a drop shadow of choice, I used Vertical2, Horizontal-2, Opacity25,
Blur3, Colour Black, OK.
New Raster Layer
Using the font tool, place the font cursor on the edge of the circle
till its turns to a semi circle under the font.
Write out your wording, once happy, resize by 110%, deslect.
Paste your tube as a new layer.
Resize to suit. Add a drop shadow.
Add your flower of choice and resize to your liking,
Add a Inner Bevel, same settings as before.
Add a drop shadow.
At this point you can add any embellishments or ribbons of choice.
Add your name, and all appropriate copywrite
That�s it, all done.Once happy with your creation
Resize all layers to your likingand your done.
