Supplies Needed:

PSP- I used X but will work in any version
3 Tubes of Choice
Font of choice
Scrap kit here by Fee of Scrappy Dayz
Get the kit here
Mask is by Chelle of weescotslass visit her site to download mask 127
(Thank you Chelle!)
I used the Artwork of Jennifer Janesko.
You will need to purchase a license to use her work and can be purchased here

Okay let's get started
Open a new image 600x600 (we can resize later)
Open the Scrapkit in PSP and choose a frame of choice, and paper.
Open your tubes, and the mask.
Open any extra embellishments and ribbons of choice if you would like
to use them.
Layers, new raster layer floodfill with white.
Edit copy, edit paste your frame as new layer.
Resize by 90%.
Edit copy, Edit paste1 of your tubes as a new layer.
Resize to suit. And position were suitable.
Repeat for the other 2 tubes.
Add a drop shadow of choice to all 3 tubes.
At this point I duplicated my frame and had one frame below my tubes
and 1 frame above my tubes, and just erased parts of the top frame to
show the tubes.
Once happy add a drop shadow to the frame layer below your tubes.
(I did this only on the top tag but not on the bottom tag)
Once happy with the frame and tubes merge visible.
But dont merge with the white layer.
Image, Free rotate, and rotate the merged frame by 20% left.
Edit copy, edit paste your paper of choice as new layer.
You will notice the paper is smaller then the white background, at this
stage I used the pick tool and pulled the paper out to reach the edges
of the canvas.
Layers, new mask layer from image And find WSL_Mask127
Source luminance checked, Invert mask data, unchecked, OK Merge Group
Move this mask layer beneath your frame layer.
I then used a doodle and position on the corner of the frame and
mirror imaged then flipped the other one.
Now is the time to add any flowers, embellishments, ribbons, brushes etc.
Add all appropriate copywrite information, and your name.
Once happy with your creation
Resize all layers to your liking and your done.

Hope you enjoyed my tutorial
