Supplies Needed:

PSP- I used X but will work in any version
1 Tube of Choice
Font of choice I used HoneyScript
Plugin Dsb Flux-Bright Noise
Mask is by Chelle of weescotslass, you need mask 95

You will need to purchase a license to use her work and can be purchased here.

Okay let's get started

Open a new image 600x600 (we can resize later)
Open the Mask and frames in PSP.
Open your tube
Open any extra embellishments and ribbons of choice if you would like
to use them.
Layers, new raster layer floodfill with white.
Layers, new raster layer floodfill with a colour of choice from your tube.
Layers, new mask layer from image And find WSL_Mask95
Source luminance checked, Invert mask data, unchecked, OK
Merge Group. Resize by 90%
Layers, new raster layer floodfill with black.
Layers, new mask layer from image
And find WSL_Mask95
Source luminance checked, Invert mask data, unchecked, OK
Merge Group Resize by 80%.
Image, free rotate, rotate right 40degrees.
Edit copy, edit paste Frame2 as new layer.
You may colourize it at this point.
Adjust, Hue and Saturation, Colourize, and adjust to colour of choice.
Edit copy, Edit paste your tube as a new layer.
Resize to suit. And position where suitable.
Place it underneath the frame layer.
Once in position
Make sure the frame layer is highlighted and click with your magic wand
inside the frame.
Selections modify, selections expand by 5, OK
Then Selections, modify, Invert, on your tube layer press delete on the keyboard.
At this point cross out all layer except your frame and tube, and merge
visible these 2 together.
Add a drop shadow of choice
Duplicate this layer twice, on the bottom layer,
Image, free rotate, left, 10 degrees.
The middle layer rotate right 10 degrees.
The top layer should be straight.
Edit copy, edit paste Frame1 as new layer.
You may again colourize it at this point.
Adjust, Hue and Saturation, Colourize, and adjust to colour of choice.
Resize by 80%. Twice
Edit copy, Edit paste your tube as a new layer.
Resize to suit. And position where suitable.
(Look at tag for reference)
Once in position.
Make sure the frame layer is highlighted and duplicate the frame layer
I did this so that her hair/head was outside the frame.
Place your tube layer in between the 2 frame layers.
I then erased a bit of the top frame layer that was over her hair.
Once happy use your selection to clean up and tube around your frame.
Cross out all layers except the 2 frames and your tube, and merge visible.
Add a drop shadow of choice.
Image, free rotate, left 10 degrees.
Adjust, sharpness, sharpen.
Position just behind the bigger frames. Image Mirror.
At this point you may finish your tag.
Add all appropriate copywrite information, and your name.
Or read on for animation.
Make sure you are happy with the layers and the positioning of your tag.
With your top layer of your main tube and frame highlighted,
Using your magic wand select the areas you would like animated, make
sure the magic wand is on ADD
Once your happy with your selection, duplicate this layer twice
On your original layer,
Effects, Plugins, Dsb Flux, Bright Noise 50 and hit the mix button
twice, Ok, On your Middle layer,
Effects, Plugins, Dsb Flux, Bright Noise 50 and hit the mix button
three times, OK
On your third layer,
Effects, Plugins, Dsb Flux, Bright Noise 50 and hit the mix button four
times, OK Selections, Select none.
Okay still with me?
Open Animation Shop
In PSP Cross out the two top frames.
Edit copy merged, now in Animation shop, edit, paste as new animation.
Back in PSP, close off the bottom frame and open the middle frame.
Edit copy merged, now in Animation shop, edit, paste after current frame.
Back in PSP, close off the middle frame and open the top frame.
Edit copy merged, now in Animation shop, edit, paste after current frame.
Once happy with your creation
Resize all layers to your liking and your done.
