Okay let's get started

Open a new image 600x500 (we can resize later)
Open the Scrap Kit in PSP and choose the four window frame.
Open your tube, and the mask.
Open any extra doodles or embellishments of choice if you would like to use them.

Layers, new raster layer, floodfill with white.
Edit copy, edit paste your frame as new layer.
Resize by 80%, then resize by90%.

Layers, new raster layer, floodfill with colour of choice.
Layers new mask layer, from image, find Mask 23.
Source Luminance and invert mask data, checked, OK
Merge Group
Move this layer under your frame layer

Now using your pick tool
close the top of the mask in a little till it is just bigger then the frame,
(use my tag for guidance)
Edit copy, Edit paste your tube as a new layer.
Resize to suit.
Position the tube to your liking,
Keep in mind if the tube will interwine with the frame.
At this point I duplicated my frame and had one frame below my tube
and 1 frame above my tube, and just erased parts of the top frame to show the tube.
Once happy add a drop shadow to the tube and to the frame layer below your tube.
Merged these 3 layers together, Frame, Tube, Frame).

Now is the time to add any flowers, embellishments, ribbons, brushes etc.

Add all appropriate © information, and your name.

Once happy with your creation
Resize all layers to your liking and your done.

Hope you enjoyed my tutorial

Here is another version of the same tut.
